Payment can be made by Western Union Money Transfer, Checks or Postal Money Order , please add US $ 7 for processing fee if paying by Checks or Postal Money Orders .  In this case, however, the order will not be processed until after we receive the money.

For VISA / MASTERCARD credit card payment you need to fax us an authorization letter for the payable amount along with your credit card details and signature to FAX : 662 - 8640556 so that we can pass the fax to the bank for payment . After we receive the fax and pass it to the bank, we will be able to send you the CDs the next day. It should take about 10 - 15 days for the parcel to reach you. 
 

Our Online Payment system is installed with the SSL Certificate, 128 bits, a universal standard for encoding and protecting data. Our operational certificate is approved and certified by "VeriSign", the same Certificate Authority, which is internationally accepted, of many commercial banks and financial institutions around the world.

Moreover, we also accepts services of “Verified By VISA” and “MasterCard Secure Code”, security systems used to avoid fraudulent credit card use. The systems additionally require a personal password for each credit card in order to further protecting a cardholder and merchant. All products ordered through Allzonedvd.com will be dispatched within 48 hours upon receiving your Authorization Letter. In case the goods are out of stock our staff will inform you by email.  
Goods are sent by AIRMAIL and takes between 10 - 15  days. 

As a rule, we have a NO RETURN policy. However, if any product received by the customer is defective, then we can either replace that product or give the credit of that amount to the customer upon their next order. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details. 

Our DVD / VCD are cheapest on the market due to low costs. That is why we have no phone support.

Karaoke DVD / VCD has pictures, with onscreen lyrics display ( just like the usual Karaoke are ), Karaoke tracks are usually recorded on an alternative audio channel, you can select this from your remote control by pressing the "KARAOKE" feature or the "L & R AUDIO CHANNEL".  

Some  DVD / VCD Karaoke have one track for the actual movie soundtrack and another track of the same song without the singer's voice, both tracks have onscreen lyrics displayed.    

Audio CD is like a normal CD, you play it on a CD player and there is a lyric sheet  included ( good for singing in parties or public places where TV is not available ).    

PLEASE NOTE : 
Most of our KARAOKE are recorded on recordable CDs (CDRs) and hence may not play on some VCD / DVD players but will play on all systems that read CDR's. In case you intend using the CDs bought on Allzonedvd.com on a VCD / DVD player, it is advisable to check with your VCD / DVD player manufacturer about CDR compatibility before placing an order. This is because they do not comply with Multiplay specifications for CD / VCD / DVD players for computer created recording.
