INTERNATIONAL ORDERS At
Allzonedvd.com, International shipping is completely FREE! ( for orders
of more than 5 DVD, VCD )
Starting
February 17th, 2003 there will be a small processing fee of $7.00 for all
orders paid by Postal Money Order or Cheques.
Here are our rates: International
orders containing more than 6 DVDs or VCDs will
not need to pay any Shipping Charge.

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders , please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct AREA CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings. Also
be aware that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel are placed
at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package
or it is refused for any reason, Allzonedvd.com will under no circumstances
issue a refund or credit to the customer, nor shall Allzonedvd.com attempt
re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date,
the sender must mention the delivery date in the message box when placing
their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will
be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
Though we ship most our products internationally, not all products are available in all countries, and shipping rates to those countries will vary. Please check your final receipt to verify your shipping charges before you approve your order. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. If any packages are returned back to Allzonedvd.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed, customers will be contacted by Allzonedvd.com. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment. Shipping
to some country is not supported by EMS, please check the EMS charts for
details. Good for countries not supported by EMS will be sent by REGISTERED
MAIL and may take about 1 - 2 weeks to reach you.

Please note that your DVDs, VCDs, Karaoke CDs and Audio CDs from the same order will be sent in one shipment. Tracking numbers for orders shipped via EMS take 24 business hours to become active and for orders shipped via regular mail tracking numbers become active between 3 business days. Please note: EMS charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Allzonedvd.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings. If you've received a damaged item, please contact us by email within 5 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives; merchandise sent without any Email correspondent will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items. If any packages are returned back to Allzonedvd.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay actual shipping charges incurred by Allzonedvd.com to resend the shipment. If the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 5 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. Once more, please DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives; merchandise sent without any Email correspondent will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items. In the case of flaws to an item such as a large DVD Collection, which cannot be entirely viewed within the specified 5-day window, some flexibility may be given solely at Allzonedvd.com's discretion. Please be sure that all returns from a given order are done at one time. Only under those circumstances may we consider returns. In many cases, we shall refund the customer their mail shipping cost on an item correctly returned to us. However, that refunded shipping cost will always be ONLY for the cost of EMS mail shipping, regardless of whether it was sent some other way by the customer. Here
